Gluten-Free Corn Pasta


Vitalia’s gluten-free corn pasta fusilli are produced only with natural ingredients. Enjoy the excellent taste which is equally good as standard pasta. Vitalia’s gluten-free fusilli have low-fat content and do not contain preservatives, artificial colors, salt or allergens

Suitable for gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian diet.

Preparation: Put 80g of pasta into 1 L of boiled water and cook for 10-12 minutes.

For a complete meal we recommend this pesto pasta recipe:


-250g of Vitalia’s gluten-free fusilli

- 3 tbsp of Vitalia’s unrefined sunflower oil

- 2 garlic cloves

- 400g of fresh chopped tomatoes

- Salt and pepper

- 3 tbsp of pesto sauce

- 30g of Parmesan cheese

- ½ bunch of basil leaves

- 1 tbsp of Vitalia 4 ground seeds

Preparation method:

Peel and finely chop the garlic and shred the basil leaves. Put the garlic into a small pan with pre-heated oil over medium heat and fry for 2-3 minutes, then add chopped tomatoes and sauté for 10 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons of pesto to the tomato sauce and then add this sauce to the pasta bowl and stir to mix well. Add parmesan cheese,   4 ground seeds and basil leaves to taste before serving.
