QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Vitalia has successfully implemented the following standards: HACCP, ISO 9001:2008, SA 8001:2008, KOSHER, HALAL, ORGANIC BIO Cert, which is a further proof for our commitment to building customer loyalty.

Quality is paramount when it comes to a company producing alimentary food. It is difficult to win customers’ loyalty since tastes are different. However, we are trying to satisfy them all. Ambitious, but true. We create products which will not leave you incurious, and due to that a great deal of effort has been put, especially, in the certificates which stand for our quality and care for you, our dear customers.

We provide each of our carefully selected customers with a strict and detailed quality specification for each ingredient including size, texture, colour, moisture content, microbiological analysis, packaging type and transport requirements.
Once in our factory, the quality assurance continues by examining samples from each delivery against their specification. Ingredient quality tests are carried out throughout the processing and, especially, prior to blending, where the ingredients are thoroughly and completely inspected. Throughout the processing, inspection results are recorded and analysed in order to ascertain that customer ingredient specifications have been maintained.
