4 ground seeds

4 ground seeds is remarkably balanced mix of flax seed, integral sesame, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. They are naturally rich in iron, vitamin B1, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, and also a natural source of omega 3 and omega 6 oily acids. 4 ground seeds are rich in fiber.
